We want customers to be completely satisfied with our service and will discuss your requirements via email (or phone if preferred) to ensure your expectations are met.
If for any reason you are not happy with a non custom item I will arrange a refund or replacement providing the item is returned in saleable condition. Return postage to be paid by customer.
For custom items I am unable to guarantee the item will be suitable for the application you require it to be used for. I will give as much practical advice as possible throughout the design process.
I try to turn around orders as soon as I can but please allow two weeks for completion of custom orders I will keep you informed of progress and an estimated dispatch date, stock items are normally sent within 48 hours of payment.
